PE is fun at SOTH! Get outside and get moving with your favorite therapists in the park! Geared towards ages 7-12, children will learn and practice exercises in a fun, theme-based circuits using a small group format. Group members will receive instruction in specific movements/exercises involving timing and coordination such as jump rope, jumping jacks, grapevine, ball tricks, and other “stunts”. Special focus will be placed on achieving overall physical movement and setting weekly activity goals to combat the seated virtual blues!
